The gallery is pleased to announce the opening of Michael Azgour’s Icon, which will run the entire months of November and December.

Azgour’s evocative acrylic and oil paintings on canvas explore movement and more specifically, the passage of time. His approach to color, figure and surface reflects the fleeting nature of specific transient moments. Azgour’s geometric abstractions continue his investigation of the shifting essence of memory and the challenge of visually communicating this idea through two dimensional media.

Azgour’s paintings were recently exhibited at the Fresno Art Museum for a four month feature.
